Summary: The loft like spacious studio apartment with it's private balcony did not disappoint. In fact, given the typical spring climate in Medellin (i.e., sporadic rain and pleasant cool days), I spent most of my visit in bed or working remotely with north America. If you like psuedo-chic commune living, you'll like this property alot. Lots of young people on holiday can be seen spending time with friends in either the onsite cafe, restaurant, or bar. Although I had complete privacy in my 3rd floor unit, I could hear faint sounds of my upstairs neighbor periodically, which was not a real issue for me. My favorite parts about this property was the very spacious, tree shielded balcony. Overall, I'll give this property a solid "8.9 out of 10"
